After ordering you receive your username, password and server URL (Xtream Codes) or an M3U link.
A stable connection

Amazon Firestick & Fire TV
Fire TV devices need one setting changed so you can install an IPTV player from outside the Amazon Appstore.
- On the home screen open Find › Search, search for Downloader and install it.
- Go to Settings › My Fire TV › Developer Options and allow Install unknown apps for Downloader.
- Open Downloader and enter the download code or link of your IPTV app (we can send it to you).
- Install the app, open it and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
- Enter the username, password and server URL we sent you, then start watching.

Android Phone, Tablet & Android TV
Android devices can install an IPTV player directly from the Google Play Store.
- Open the Google Play Store on your device.
- Search for IPTV Smarters Pro (or TiviMate on Android TV) and install it.
- Open the app and choose Login with Xtream Codes API.
- Enter any profile name, then your username, password and server URL.
- Tap Add User — channels, movies and series load in a few seconds.

Samsung & LG Smart TV
Install a player from your TV’s app store. Some players are activated with your TV’s MAC address.
- Open the Samsung Apps store or LG Content Store on your TV.
- Search for and install an IPTV player such as IPTV Smarters, IBO Player or Smart IPTV.
- Open the app. If it shows a MAC address / device key, send it to us on WhatsApp.
- Otherwise choose Xtream Codes login and enter your username, password and server URL.
- Restart the app once — your channels and VOD will appear.

iPhone, iPad & Apple TV
Apple devices can install an IPTV player from the App Store.
- Open the App Store on your iPhone, iPad or Apple TV.
- Search for IPTV Smarters Player or GSE Smart IPTV and install it.
- Open the app and select Xtream Codes (or add an M3U playlist).
- Enter your username, password and server URL and save.
- Open your playlist and start watching live TV and VOD.

Windows PC & Mac
Watch on your computer with a desktop IPTV player or with VLC.
- Download IPTV Smarters Pro for Windows/Mac from its official website, or install VLC.
- In IPTV Smarters, choose Login with Xtream Codes API and enter your details.
- With VLC, open Media › Open Network Stream and paste your M3U link.
- Wait a few seconds for the playlist to load.
- Choose a channel or movie and enjoy.

MAG boxes connect with a portal URL linked to your box’s MAC address.
- Send us the MAC address printed on the back of your MAG box.
- On the box open Settings › System settings › Servers › Portals.
- Enter a portal name and the portal URL we send you.
- Save, go back and choose Restart portal.
- The box reloads and your channel list appears.

Your subscription is linked to the MAC address, so make sure you send the exact one from your box.
Enigma2 / Linux Receivers
Enigma2 receivers (Dreambox, Vu+, Zgemma…) load your channels with a small setup command.
- Make sure your receiver is connected to the internet and note its IP address.
- Contact us on WhatsApp — we send you the setup command for your line.
- Connect to the receiver with PuTTY (Windows) or Terminal (Mac) using its IP address.
- Paste the command, press Enter and wait for it to finish.
- Restart the receiver — your IPTV bouquets appear in the channel list.

Troubleshooting Tips
Quick fixes for the most common issues.
- Restart your router and your device.
- Use an Ethernet cable instead of Wi-Fi when possible.
- Check your speed: 10 Mbps for HD, 20 Mbps+ for 4K.
- Close other apps or downloads using your connection.
Check the username, password and server URL for typing mistakes — they are case-sensitive and must not contain extra spaces. If it still fails, message us on WhatsApp.
Open the app settings and choose Refresh EPG / Update TV guide, then wait a few minutes. Some apps load the guide only once a day.
Switch to another channel and back, or restart the app. If the problem stays, send us the channel name so we can check it.
You can install the app on several devices, but the number of screens watching at the same time depends on your plan (1–5 devices).
