Buffering is almost always caused by the connection between your device and the internet, not by the channel itself. Try these quick fixes in order.
1. Restart your router and device
Unplug both for 30 seconds. This clears memory and refreshes your connection.
2. Use Ethernet instead of Wi-Fi
A cable is more stable than Wi-Fi, especially for 4K. If you must use Wi-Fi, connect to the 5 GHz network.
3. Check your speed
Run a speed test on the same device: aim for at least 10 Mbps for HD and 20 Mbps or more for 4K.
4. Close other downloads
Game updates, cloud backups and other streams on the same network can slow your IPTV.
5. Clear the app cache
On Android and Fire TV, go to the app settings and clear the cache, then reopen the player.
6. Try another player
Some apps handle streams better on certain devices. Switching from one player to another often helps.
7. Contact support
If one specific channel keeps freezing, send us its name on WhatsApp so we can check it for you.
